LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The N1/2 NW1/4 NW1/4 and the NE1/4NW1/4 all in section 14-10-2 of Athelstane Township, Clay County, Kansas consisting of 60 acres more or less. This tract includes house with farmstead, CRP and pasture. The house is a 1,064sq.ft. 1971 3 bedroom rancher with propane wall furnace, window AC and crawl space. This home has been well maintained. There is an on-site well and septic tank. Nearby is a detached single garage. Outbuildings include a 31X49 ft. slant side metal machine shed and several older wooden farm sheds and buildings.
